Choco-coffee cold oatmeal
Servings: 1
Ingredients
- ⅓ t. (80 ml) quick-cooking rolled oats (or buckwheat or quinoa flakes)
- ¼ t. (60 ml) zucchini, grated
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) textured vegetable protein (PVP)
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) of each: ground flax seeds and chia seeds
- 1 tsp (5 ml) cocoa powder
- 1 tsp (5 ml) decaffeinated coffee with water, ground
- ½ banana, mashed with a fork
- ¼ t. (60 ml) vegetable drink of your choice (or milk)
- ½ t. (125 ml) kefir
Trim
- ½ t. (125 ml) choice of berries
- Dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix everything except the filling in a Mason jar.
- Place in the fridge.
- Add the garnish just before serving and enjoy it with a good latté!
